Test Beeper For Your Stereo

The test beeper generates a sinusoidal signal with a frequency of 1,000 Hz, a common test  frequency for audio amplifiers.  It consists of a classical Wien- Bridge oscillator (also known as  a Wien-Robinson oscillator). The network that determines the  frequency consists here of a series connection of a resistor and  capacitor (R1/C1) and a parallel connection (R2/C2), where  the values of the resistors and  capacitors  are  equal  to  each  other. This network behaves, at  the oscillator frequency (1 kHz  in this case), as two pure resistors. The opamp (IC1) ensures  that the attenuation of the net- work  (3  times)  is  compensated  for.  In  principle  a  gain  of  3 times should have been sufficient to sustain the oscillation,  but  that  is  in  theory.  Because  of tolerances in the values, the  amplification needs to be (automatically) adjusted.

Test Beeper For Your Stereo circuit Diagram

Instead of an intelligent amplitude  controller  we  chose  for  a  somewhat simpler solution. With  P1, R3 and R4 you can adjust  the gain to the point that oscillation takes place. The range of P1 (±10%) is large enough the cover the tolerance range. To sustain  the oscillation, a gain of slightly  more than 3 times is required,  which  would,  however,  cause  the amplifier to clip (the ‘round-trip’ signal becomes increasingly  larger, after all). To prevent this  from happening, a resistor in se-ries with two anti-parallel diodes  (D1 and D2) are connected in  parallel  with  the  feedback  (P1  and R3). If the voltage increases to the point that the threshold  voltage of the diodes is exceed-ed, then these will slowly start to  conduct.

The consequence of this  is that the total resistance of the  feedback  is  reduced  and  with  that  also  the  amplitude  of  the  signal. So D1 and D2 provide a  stabilising function. The distortion of this simple oscillator, after adjustment of P1 and  an output voltage of 100 mV (P2  to  maximum)  is  around  0,1%.  You can adjust the amplitude of  the output signal with P2 as required for the application. The  circuit is powered from a 9-V battery. Because of the low current  consumption  of  only  2 mA  the  circuit will provide many hours  of service.

FM Stereo Transmitter

Youll find that this is a very easy project to build. It will transmit good quality sound in the FM band ( 88 - 108 mhz ). One inportant item is that the IC chip operates on 3 volts DC. The chip will get destroyed if it is operated on any voltage higher than 3.5 volts. The antenna can be a standard telescopic antenna or a 2 foot length of wire. The input is in the millivolt range and you may need to add additional pots for the inputs. I was able to use this schema for a walkman and a portable CD player in my car. I used the headphone jack on both and varied the signal with the volume control.

Circuit Diagram

FM
To adjust the schema tune your FM radio to a quite spot then adjust the trimmer capacitor C8 until you hear the signal that you are transmiting. When you have a strong signal adjust the resistor R4 until the stereo signal indicator lights. If the input is to high of a signal you may over drive the IC chip. Use two 15 turn pots on the input signals to bring the level down. You can balance the signal by using headphones. The inductor L1 is 3 turns of .5 mm wire on a 5 mm ferrite core.

Stereo Balance Indicator

Stereo
Mechanical deficiencies that affect the reproduction of sound in a stereo amplifier is probably what you are thinking, armpit all the problems have been overcome. And actually bigger role than we know. True, the effect is so small that only a few of us who record it, or divert it to other things.

Stereo TDA2822 audio power amplifier circuit

Stereo
In this series I use IC tda2822M as the main amplifier, but if you want to use in addition to IC TDA2822M you can use ic I mentioned this is KA2209, NJM2073, U2822B, U2823B. Output is issued no more than 4W, which had low output. Supply voltage from 3 volts to 16 volts.

Below its schematics of TDA2822 stereo audio power amplifier

TDA2822

Part description
R1 = 4.7R
R2 = 4.7R
C1 = 1uF
C2 = 100uF
C3 = 100uF
C4 = 0.1uF
C5 = 470uF
C6 = 1uF
C7 = 100uF
C8 = 0.1uF
C9 = 470uF

Stereo 30W STK ICs amplifier circuit

high
This amplifier circuit based on IC STK ic used in which the manifold. And on this circuit ic STK has many similarities, you can use the STK430 ICs, 433, 435, 437, 439, 441, 443, 4332, 4352, 4362, 4372, 4392. Between the specify type IC STK, which has the excellent performance is STK433 and STK443 because it has output, and high amperage, and voltage problems Suplly but I chose IC STK443 because maximum voltage up to 70 volts, compared with the others that just under 60 volts. For a list of components can seen below.

Stereo balance indicator

Imagine the scheme stereo balance indicator. It has 3 LEDs showing the predominance of right or left channel, or they are the same level.

Through a chain consisting of C1, VD1, R1 left and C2, VD2, R2 for the right channel signal supplied to the operational amplifier IC1 is enabled by the differential amplifier circuit. The output of IC1 is supplied to a signal noninverting inputs of IC2 and IC3. Will prevail if the right channel outputs IC2 and IC3 will have a high level and lights LD3. Otherwise would prevail if left channel outputs IC2 and IC3 will be low and lights LD1. If the signal levels are the same, the outputs of IC2 and IC3 will have a correspondingly high and low levels, and turns LD2. IC1, IC2, IC3 can apply the type LM358 or 741. Electrolytic capacitors for voltage 16V. LEDs any thin, preferably of different colors. Supply voltage 15-30V.
The whole setup is reduced to install IC2 and IC3 balance by adjusting the R8 and R9.
